In plain language

Your shop data is yours. We use it only to run OnixDesk for you, and we don't sell it.

When you connect an AI assistant, it gets what it requests through the connector, and you can unplug it anytime.

You can ask to see, fix or delete your information.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, login details, shop name, shop type and country.
  • Shop data: the customer, vehicle, estimate, work order, invoice, inventory and other records you enter or import.
  • Usage data: how you use OnixDesk, device and browser information, and logs.
  • Cookies: see “Cookies” below.

2. How we use it

To provide, secure and improve OnixDesk; to support you; to bill you; and, with your consent where required, to send you product news. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

When you use Alex or the AI phone agent Nikita, the relevant request and the shop data needed to answer it are processed by our AI providers.

When you connect a third-party AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot or Codex), the data that assistant requests through the OnixDesk connector is sent to that vendor and handled under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect it at any time.

4. Service providers (subprocessors)

We use trusted providers to run OnixDesk. For the current list, contact us.

5. Where data is stored

For details on where your data is hosted, contact us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period after it closes, unless the law requires longer.

7. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the site. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent where required. See our Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

Canada (PIPEDA) and Quebec (Law 25): you can access and correct your personal information, withdraw consent, and ask about how it is used. Quebec residents also have rights to data portability and to be informed about automated decisions.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you can request to know, delete or correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Privacy officer and contact
