Renewal and cancelling
Shopmonkey subscriptions renew automatically, and you cancel by contacting your Shopmonkey service rep. The cancellation must be received before the renewal date (§3.5). Fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable (§3.2) [2]. OnixDesk has no contract: pay month to month and cancel anytime.
Migration fee
Shopmonkey's pricing page lists a one-time $500 data migration fee [1]. With OnixDesk, data migration is free.
Seats and price changes
Under Shopmonkey's Terms, license quantities can't be decreased during the term (§3.4), and fees may go up at renewal with 30 days' written notice (§3.3) [2]. With OnixDesk: We lock your price. It won't go up when your plan renews.
Your data
Shopmonkey's Terms say the customer keeps all rights to its data (§2.5), and that Shopmonkey is not a backup provider, so backing up is the customer's job (§6.4) [2]. With OnixDesk, you can export your data anytime.
