Refund Policy

New accounts get a free trial of 14 days. No credit card is needed to start, so you are never charged for the trial.

All plans are billed monthly and run month to month. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

There is no minimum term and no early-termination fee. We do not charge setup, onboarding, activation or data migration fees, so there is nothing of that kind to refund.

Your data is yours. You can export it anytime. See the Terms of Service for details.

Use our contact page with the email address on your account. Tell us your shop name and what you'd like refunded.
