Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan?
Custom connector availability depends on each AI service's plans. Check the vendor's current plans. You never need one to use Alex, the assistant built into OnixDesk.
Does the AI see all my data?
The AI assistant works through the OnixDesk connector with your permission, and only while it's connected. You can disconnect it at any time.
Can I limit what it can do?
Risky actions, such as sending messages or deleting records, need your confirmation first, every action is logged, and you can undo.
Does it work by voice?
Alex, the built-in assistant, is voice-first. Voice support in other assistants depends on the vendor's app.
