  • • Renewal date. Contracts are monthly or annual and renew automatically (§1.3) [1][2].
  • • Leaving mid-term. On termination, the customer pays the fees for the rest of the current term (§6.4(a)) [2].
  • • Your data. The agreement makes it the customer's job to download their data before termination, and AutoLeap may delete it afterwards (§6.4) [2]. Export first. We'll help.

No. Your AutoLeap account stays as it is while we import a copy of your data into OnixDesk, and you check everything before you switch over.

Can I keep AutoLeap until I'm ready?

Yes. Run both side by side during your trial and cancel AutoLeap only when you're comfortable.

How is my data protected?

Your data is used only to move you over. See our Security page at /security for how we protect shop data, or contact us for details.

What does it cost?
