Terms of Service

OnixDesk is web-based shop management software for auto repair and automotive locksmith shops. It includes tools for customers, vehicles, estimates, work orders, invoices, scheduling, inventory, key lookup, reports and AI assistants.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by users you invite.

You must be able to form a binding contract and use OnixDesk for a business purpose.

New accounts get a free trial of 14 days. No credit card is needed to start the trial. After the trial, you choose a paid plan to keep using OnixDesk.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in USD. Prices are shown on our Pricing page. Taxes are added where required. For billing questions, contact us.

No contracts. Plans run month to month with no minimum term and no early-termination fee. You can cancel anytime from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No setup fees. We do not charge setup, onboarding, activation or data migration fees.

Price promise. We lock your price. It won't go up when your plan renews.

Don't use OnixDesk to break the law, send spam or unlawful messages, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to access other accounts or systems, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for having consent to text your customers under applicable law (for example CASL in Canada and TCPA in the US).

OnixDesk includes AI features, such as the built-in assistant Alex, the AI phone agent Nikita, and a connector that lets third-party AI assistants (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot or Codex) work with your account.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing what the AI suggests and for confirming actions before they take effect. Risky actions require your confirmation, and actions are logged so you can review and undo them.

Some features rely on third-party services, such as AI vendors, SMS providers and QuickBooks. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

You own your shop data: your customers, vehicles, estimates, work orders, invoices and other records. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data is yours. Export anytime.

You can cancel anytime; there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

OnixDesk is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
