Step by step
Connect ChatGPT in four steps
Menu names in ChatGPT change from time to time. If a label looks different, use the closest match.
Log in to OnixDesk and copy your connector URL from Settings.
In ChatGPT, open Settings and add a custom connector.
Paste the URL, name it “OnixDesk”, and authorize.
In a new chat, enable OnixDesk and try a prompt.
Custom connector availability depends on your ChatGPT plan. Check ChatGPT's current plans. Alex, the assistant built into OnixDesk, needs no other AI account.
